Customer Experience Rep
BatchBlue Software is commited to providing outstanding customer service to our users. We're looking for a part-time (to perhaps become full-time) customer service/ace wordsmith to join our Customer Experience team. Work with Batchbook customers using e-mail, webinars, our online forums and social media to to help our customers with some of the more advanced Batchbook functionality and help support the launch of our new products coming in 2011.

- Our groovy integration partners (MailChimp, FreshBooks, Eventbrite, etc.)
- Google docs
- Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, user forums)
- The Internet :D
Will also need:
- Amazing communication skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- A curious and tech-inclined nature
- To be proactive, uber-confident and a wee bit sassy
- An obsession with helping our customers that borders on unhealthy
