Few things make the Batchbook Customer Experience team happier than the opportunity to chat with our customers! While we can generally answer support questions much much faster through email, we love the chance to work directly with customers to show them how to customize Batchbook for their needs. That’s why we love onboardings around here. Onboarding calls are opportunity to chat with customers and find out more about who they are, what they are trying to accomplish and how Batchbook can best work to make their daily life easier.
In order to continue providing this level of service as quickly as possible and at an affordable price to all of our customers, we have made a few changes in our onboarding program recently. First, we rolled out a redesigned support page to make it much easier for new customers to find quick and easy resources for getting their account set up and running.
Secondly, we added a weekly Group Onboarding session, available to all new Batchbook account users. When we looked back to review what folks had habitually asked in our onboarding calls we realized there were two main questions:
- How do I make Batchbook work for me
- What is everyone else doing and should I be doing that too?
That’s when we had our aha moment! Group onboarding just might be the way to go!
So we are now super excited to offer Group Onboarding for all plans sizes and One-to-One Onboarding for Medium and Large Plans.
Group Onboardings for All Plans:
In the group onboarding we’ll talk through the specific ways that you can customize your Batchbook account to meet the needs of your business and/or team.
- We’ll take a close look at Custom Fields and Lists/Reports to help you understand how to make Batchbook come alive and make you even more productive.
- We’ll show you the secrets to tracking communications with Batchbook to make sure no one is ‘falling through cracks’.
- Additionally, you’ll gain the benefit of hearing how other folks are using Batchbook and want to use Batchbook to spark ideas for your own team.
Group participation, while not required, is strongly encouraged – we’ll want to hear from you to help tailor it to your needs. Feel free to send in thoughts on topics you want to make sure we cover both before and during the call. One-to-One Onboarding for Medium and Large Plans:
One-to-One Onboardings for our medium and large plans will concentrate specifically on your individual account. We’ll talk through your current workflow and resources to make sure we’re helping you create the best account for your business and team. We’ll cover many of the same topics as the group onboarding but will be able to work directly in your account with your data. We encourage you to help us prep for the call by sending along any specific features or issues you’d like to cover in the call in advance. Group Onboarding Benefits Everyone
So who does this benefit outside of new Batchbook users? Pretty much all Batchbook users/fans! If you’ve already used your onboarding time but need a refresher – join us on a group onboarding call. If you want to just take a peek at Batchbook or need to get new user up to speed, group onboarding is the way to go. Additionally, our Classic Batchbook users who might be interested in migrating to the new Batchbook will get great preview of the changes that matter most. We encourage any and everyone interested in Batchbook to join us in these group onboardings – half the fun is the sharing of ideas!
